Playing Charter Inc in the shared world

Charter Inc is a game for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 played in one online world shared by every player. It's made and sold by Pedro Bianchi Ponce Leon de Lima, an individual based in Brazil ("we"). By creating an account you accept these terms.

The alpha

Charter Inc is in its alpha: features change, some things will break, and the world's rules and balance will be tuned as it grows. During the alpha's playtesting the world may be reset, and every company's aircraft, money and progress with it.

Your account

  • One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself; what's done with your account is yours.
  • Use an e-mail address you can read: confirmations and reset codes go there.
  • Your company's name, code and callsign are shown to every player. Don't use names that are offensive or that pass you off as a real airline or company; we may change one that does.

Fair play

  • Flights run in real time: time acceleration, slew, or changing the sim to cheat the tracker voids a flight.
  • The server checks every flight. One that doesn't add up is held for review and may be voided; a held flight's full recording may be asked for.
  • Forging flights, attacking the service, or using bugs to harm other players can close the account.

The subscription

From the release, playing in the shared world takes a monthly subscription; the alpha before it is free. Paddle sells it as our reseller and merchant of record, so Paddle's terms apply to the purchase. You can cancel any time; the subscription then runs to the end of the month you paid for.

The service

We work to keep the world running, but we can't promise it never stops. A flight in progress when the server is down keeps recording on your PC and is sent when it's back; interruptions never void a flight. The game's data (aircraft figures, airports, events, weather) comes from public sources and may be wrong.

Liability

Charter Inc is a game, provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our liability is limited to what you paid in the last twelve months. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the courts of Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil, settle any dispute about them.

Changes and contact

We may change these terms; a change that matters is announced to players before it applies. Write to [email protected]. These terms take effect on October 28, 2026.
